We respectfully ask that should you wish to cancel an appointment, you give us a minimum of 12 hours notice.
We reserve the right to ask clients who persistently cancel or miss appointments, to prepay for any future appointments.
A ‘patch test’ is a skin sensitivity test that we require clients to have prior to specific hair and beauty treatments. This check for reactions to the products we use. It is a legal requirement and we cannot proceed with a treatment without a complete patch test. These must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Treatments that require a patch test:
- Hair- tinting, glossing & toning
- Beauty- Lash lift, lash & brow Tinting, Nouveau Lash Extensions
- Semi-permanent make up
New clients will need to be patch tested.
Existing clients who have had a 6 month time lapse between treatments must be retested.
If there has been a change to health, a pregnancy or new tattoo, we ask that you are retested too.
Some of our treatments and services, require a longer allocated appointment time. Therefore, deposits will be required for the following treatments:
- Crystal Clear Elite Facial
- Nouveau Lash Extensions
- Semi-Permanent Make up
- Aesthetic Treatments
- Hair extensions
- other services over 3 hours.
